We have expertise across Malta and are happy to work on any site where we feel we can add value through planning enhancement and that we will help the local area to benefit.
Our energy strategy is often bespoke and specific to each development, including features such as electric charging points in communal car parks, photovoltaics at roof level on individual housing and apartment blocks, used at one of our latest developments in Santa Venera Office Block. Our strategy also includes air-source heat-pumps that manage the cooling and heating of properties and the use of innovative insulation methods to optimise heat retention.
